Alexander Monsef is Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel for Checkmate Capital an investment and transaction advisory group with primary focus in the fields of biotechnology, agriculture technology, waste technology and energy technology. Alex is responsible for conducting due diligence, performing legal review of transaction documents and screening of potential investments for Checkmate. Alex’s primary contribution to the NDF board is his legal expertise and experience in the biotechnology space.
