Board of Directors

Our passionate Board of Directors represents a cross-section of our community and supporters.

Board Culture Statement:

The foundation of our board culture is transparency, accountability, adaptability and a willingness to measure our progress, using objective metrics, towards our common goal. Our actions are rooted in the principles of mutual respect and open communication while maintaining compassion towards those we represent. Engaging in these actions creates an informed and honest decision-making process which guides us towards accomplishing our mission.

NDF Board elections take place annually in December for the next calendar/fiscal year.  If you are interested in submitting your name for consideration for a position on our Board of Directors during our next election cycle, please complete and submit this short survey telling us a little bit about yourself and your interest in our organization.  We thank you for your interest and look forward to speaking with you.

Please see this document [PDF] for more information about the role and expectations of our Board of Trustees.

A healthy day-to-day work culture is the foundation and embodiment of our organization. At NDF we believe a healthy and effective nonprofit culture aims to demonstrate the collective intention of our teams; our leadership, volunteers, and the scientific community, all working together transparently to represent the best interest of our patients with integrity and urgency. Every day.
