Harmony has been living with GNE Myopathy symptoms since 2003. She lives in California in the foothills near Yosemite National Park with her husband Tracy where they have a small ranch. She has two young adult children, Jacob and Shyanne. Harmony has her Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and works as a Project Management Director for a financial institution. 

She has been actively involved with the GNE patient community since she founded the GNE Myopathy Facebook support group in 2011.
